Here at The Sanctum Cafe, we’ve always prided ourselves on picking the best local partners possible. Each ingredient that we source is carefully sourced and crafted with love and dedication. We have a passion for great food, and we work with partners who feel the same. Each dish is only as good as the raw ingredients that get added to it, and we’re lucky to have found so many great sources to work with, so here’s a little inside look at where our food comes from:
We love the smell of coffee…and we love Golden Hills
Our beans are roasted to perfection, and we know that because Golden Hills Coffee Roasters is in charge. They know what the perfect cup of coffee should be, and their roasting process speaks to that. A mix of sight, sound, and smell, Golden Hills coffee is roasted to order, ensuring its freshness. That’s why each cup we brew tastes so fresh because we can guarantee its quality and authenticity.
Kombucha lovers unite!
Living Vitalitea brews some of the cleanest and crispest kombuchas we’ve come across, and that passion shows through in each of their products. Their commitment to clean, non-GMO and natural ingredients aligned with our mission to provide natural and fresh food, so it seemed like the perfect fit - and we’re happy to report we’re still going steady. Each Kombucha brews is packed with health benefits, without sacrificing taste, making it the perfect go-to drink for any occasion.

Fresh, organic farming rooted in sustainability
Our aim has always been to provide food that tastes good without doing too much damage to the environment. Luckily, that’s been made possible with Fleet Farming! Fresh, organic produce coupled with an ethos that’s all about reducing environmental impact is why we’re so proud to partner with them. Fleet Farming believes in creating healthy and vibrant ecosystems that allow produce to really flourish, rather than destroying the earth with unsustainable farming habits, which is something we’re extremely proud to be part of.
Similarly, Frog Song Organics is all about bringing soil-sown produce into our menu items, without losing flavor or quality. Each plant is taken care of, as well as the staff in charge of the plants, making it a wonderful initiative from the top to the bottom - literally. Each item is grown with purpose, and we love finding creative ways to show the produce off in our dishes.
And of course, Waterkist and Sugar Top Farms bring in that seasonal element that helps make our menus stand out. With clear regard for climate and what works best, Sugar Top provides produce that is fresh and in season, and it’s oh so exciting. It brings a whole new meaning to seasonal and locally-harvested and makes it so fun for us to bring these elements into our menu for that cozy, homey feeling that our food is all about.
Got milk? Dakin Dairy does, and it’s really good!
Dakin Dairy has mastered the formula on how to create high-quality, fresh milk that is still sustainable. It’s the only dairy farm in Florida where all products are locally sourced, making it a unique fixture in the Florida agricultural landscape - and why we like partnering with them. Fresh grasses rich in omegas and conjugated linoleic acids are incorporated into their cows’ diet, resulting in nutrition-packed milk with amazing flavor and an off the chart nutrition profile! All of their products are locally produced, with maximum sustainability in mind when creating delicious dairy products, and we’re here for it.
Lake Meadow brings all the chickens to the yard
And they come to the yard, because they’re cage-free and hormone-free, just how we like them! Lake Meadow Natural eggs are superior in taste and quality because the animals live freely, and it’s a much better quality of life. Their passion for clean and humane food really resonated with us, and it’s why we love incorporating their eggs into our menu for a truly special experience.
Tempeh all the time
We’ve searched far and wide for tempeh, and we couldn’t be more thankful for Arto Moro and their amazing quality and flavor. Their artisanal tempeh is truly one of a kind, and their dedication and passion really shine through in each of their products, which is why we’ve included it in so many of our dishes. Plus, the taste is just unbelievable. It’s a popular item on our menu, and, honestly, we aren’t surprised. We’re all about tempeh, and it’s all thanks to Arto Moro. Have you tried our tempeh yet?
People first
And of course, without our staff, all of this is impossible. We’re proud to be aligned with our local partners, and helping craft a culture of sustainability alongside like-minded passionate people. Each of our menu items is crafted with an immense amount of love and respect for the hard work our partners do as sources of these items, and how to make each ingredient a focus of the dish to create a truly delicious culinary experience.
“Oh…oh….ohhhhhhh and then there’s plant based deliciousness that ERRRRONE needs to race to!! The Sanctum Cafe is an amazing vegan/vegetarian shin[e]dig (eh see what I did there) that is well on its way to exploding as the go-to of vegan/urban/trendy/hip eatery. I went for lunch and want to go for dinner! Nom nom nom.
Firstly, it’s located off Colonial and Ferncreek. It’s adjacent to a smoke-shop BUT there’s no smell from any fumes. Parking in the front is VERY limited, but there’s parking in the rear and additional street parking. Park in the front, aaand….yes, there’s an outside, shaded eating area that on OUR cool Orlando days will be the best seating in the house. WiFi is free and there are also seating areas with couches and comfy seats.
Secondly, the food! I opted for the TacoBowl w/quinoa whilst my lunch date selected spicy meetball burrito. The meetball is plentiful and wrapped in a toasted, wheat tortilla. Great flavor, spices were on point with a delicious dip and the crunch of the tortilla was genius. The TacoBowl was so pretty I didn’t want to disrespect it by shoveling it in my mouth, so i ate daintily The flavor, the quality of the ingredients, the portions (pause….could be sharing portions for sure) and the glass bottles room-tempered water on our tabletop - is the touch that tattooed The Sanctum as an original.
Thirdly, the service. Chase is who you want. He was chill, laid back, and made you feel like you were his friend. He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and was ready to recommend his faves!!! His vibe was super-genuine and we felt he truly cared about our culinary satisfaction.
Why are you still reading this? Go, go, GO and let me know how you enjoyed YOUR experience! Happy tasting errrone!!”
